We ship FAST & FREE *For Orders of $50 or more* via USPS United States Postal Service (3-5 Business days) - Additional handling time is generally 1 to 3 days as per weekends, holidays, or as otherwise noted.

Orders $50 and over - FREE USPS First Class Mail

We currently only offer our products to customers located in the United States, as per recent International Shipping restrictions. 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in the same condition as it was sent to you. To start a return, you can contact us at OldEarthAlchemy@protonmail.com. We will confirm our Return PO Box Address and provide any other necessary details regarding your Return.

Simply Return the item(s) to us with Tracking at your local Post Office and we will let you know as soon as we receive your order. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your Refund. If there is any problem upon receiving your order, simply contact us right away, for we are always here to Help!
